Today, I spent my day out in Sandbridge in VA Beach, watching an almost 600' barge carrying mostly hazardous waste (and some Puerto Rican Rum) inch its way south towards a fishing pier. I got a free facial though...I think the sand blowing in my face took at least the top three layers of skin off!
